These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TBD Growth OS.
Private, authorized use
TBD Growth OS is a private operating system intended for authorized users. Access credentials may not be shared with unauthorized people, and users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Application purpose
The application provides workflow, organization, information-surfacing, and user-controlled productivity capabilities. It may integrate with third-party services when an authorized user chooses to connect them.
Google-connected features
Google-connected features operate only after user authorization. Depending on enabled features, the application may read Gmail information, read Google Calendar event information, and prepare Gmail drafts. The user remains responsible for reviewing and manually sending any email communication.
User responsibility
The user remains responsible for professional judgment, decisions, communications, and compliance obligations. Information or recommendations produced by the application should be reviewed before being relied upon or acted upon.
Third-party services
Some functionality depends on third-party infrastructure, APIs, or identity providers. Their availability and operation may be governed by separate terms and policies. TBD Growth OS does not control the availability of third-party services.
Privacy
Use of the application is also subject to the TBD Growth OS Privacy Policy, which describes data handling practices, including Google user data practices.
Availability and changes
The application may be modified, limited, suspended, or unavailable during development, maintenance, security work, provider outages, or other operational events. Features may change as the system evolves.
No warranty
The application is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination or loss of access
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the application, data, connected services, or authorized users, or when continued access would violate these Terms.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the application and its operating requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
